Has anyone had this? I feel dizzy but the room isn't spinning or anything I just feel so strange....

I get this a lot it's another awful symptom of anxiety x

It's awful isn't it Leanne. I hope it goes away soon. I can do things and walk about but it's not nice. My neck also feels stiff and I have a headache which is also in my neck not sure if my neck is making my head hurt though:shrug:

Yeah that's part ov it Hun there called anxiety headaches not nice at all but they do pass xx

I feel quite fuzzy if that makes sense as well. Trying to eat some breakfast and calm down! Hate all this, I'm always worse in the mornings as well.

Hi there,

I have also had the dizziness and fuzziness as well. I always feel better in the evenings and worse during the day!! :weep:

I work from 06h30 until 17h00pm so this is really difficult. Do you also feel extremely exhausted??

I am on 40mg of citalopram and have been on these for over two years now - should I change and what do you recommend??

Yeah I get weeks where I'm so exhausted I feel like I could collapse try talking to your doctor about changing medication but it's prob just anxiety draining us xx

Hi Melsilk yes I am very tired as well. I am also on 40mg of Citalopram not sure if it's related but I've been on it for over 3 years and haven't had any effects

Its horrible.

Last week I suffered with severe heavy eyelids - I couldnt keep them open!!
