Hi everyone,
I'm suffering on/off 20 yrs from delusions,
causing chronic depression and anxiety/panic.
Taking Sertraline 50mg, and Quetiapine 50mg.
Currently being screened for CBT , and seeing a psychiatrist.
Am investigating Mindfulness, for better attention and awareness.
