Beauty mark/freckle concern

Hi! Today I was working and I almost hit my eye with a falling object. I was concerned so I checked out my eye.

To my surprise I notice this freckle/beauty mark- idk the difference- on the bottom of my eyelid, it's like on the inside part of my eyelid.

I've never noticed this in my whole life. I think it's new. I'm very cautious when it comes to my eyes.

My question- I've never seen this, could this be anything harmful to me? I know it may sound crazy, but I just don't know what these types of marks indicate.

Probably nothing, like you say, it's likely to be a freckle.

If it stays the same as it is now, don't worry about it.
