Bloated stomach gone huge/ stiches/heartburn advice

Hi ,

I am currently at work at the moment and in a getting myself panic just want to make it through the day. Okay so symptoms as below:




Extremely bloated stomach ( last 4/ days)
Stitches in stomach and rib cage when moving
hot pain feeling and stitches in chest. ( I don't like)
sorry for this one like trapped gas.

Has anyone experience this my stomach is usually very flat and this is very bizarre. I am booking doctors appt today. anyone experienced this or know what these symptoms could be. I am getting myself really worked up

It sounds as though you have heartburn or indigestion. This happens to me quite often until I manage to burp and then the symptoms start to subside.
