Okay I'll make this short and sweet. The last two nights I've gotten absolutely no sleep! Why? Because everytime I'm just about to fall asleep my body starts to internally shake? It stops if I sit up or something and gone during the day.. I've already been to a sleep specialist and they had nothing this was a year ago.. It happened on and a off then went away until now. Does anybody have these symptoms? Is this a sign of possibly being stressed. My mind is telling me to go see the one doctor I have not seen (a neurologist) but I really don't want to...

I just don't want to feed my anxiety because I'm doing well not seeing a doctor every week.
