Cannot rationalise my thoughts

These flat poops can't be right and I have to lean backwards to do one and I get twinges it's really making my anxiety bad I'm sick of bowel issues is it my age I'm 49 I do wonder but I cannot think about rationally

Have you been to see your doctor for some reassurance that all is well. If he can see how anxious you are I am sure he would be happy to arrange a colonoscopy to check that all is well which I am sure it is.

Are you forcing yourself to go? I find this happens to me when I try to hard to go.
