Hi, I'm very unsure what to write, I've never joined anything like this before. I'm currently taking anti-depressants as I suffer from a phobia of sickness. Sometimes I feel like it's written on my forehead and everyone can see. I find eating difficult and haven't eaten out for about 10 years. I was so amazed when I found this site, it's a brilliant feeling knowing I'm not alone. I would be so grateful for any advice, or just to know that it won't always be like this. Can I get better?
