Need reassurance , scared to take clarithromycin

Bend reassurance. I'm terrified of taking it because it says dont take if you have a slow heart beat and irregular beat and I dunno if I do I feel like I do . I have a major abcess on neck and feel terribly unwel and anxious I dunno what to do . How would you know if it's safe
