Hello so its me again.
This is my issue now...Last night I had trouble sleeping because everytime I fall asleep I can feel a weird sensation on my heart. Like this sudden sharp pain. I can't explain how really it was but its uncomfortable...Then that's the reason I woke up again and had difficult in going back to sleep because I had this fear of having a heart-related problem that could make me feel worst during my sleep or even fatal...Oh no...This is ruining my life....
I want my sleep before, where as no worries and in the morning...I feel great... How and when can I get that back.... :(
Does anyone have this kind of weird feelings too?
