Health anxiety and being away from home

I have bad health anxiety which affects me nearly all of the time, I am currently away from home and feeling anxious, I always get worried when I don't know a place as I get worried that something might happen to me and I'll have to be rushed to hospital :weep: does anyone else get similar worries and if so, do you have any coping techniques?
