Hi Trish, I just joined this chat today...suffering from anxiety and wanted to make online friends to share.

I just come on here for a while and see if I can help any one and do the daily quiz.
Don't really know much about computers. This is the only site I know for health xx

There were no computers in 2006?! I'll tell you what it is, it's because the forum is so much bigger now, so many more sections, particularly the health anxiety section.

NMP has been around since 2003, with computers.

NMP was created by myself in 2001 so has been running 13 years this coming November.

I bet you've seen some changes to the way its used Nicola in all of those years...or is it just the same as it was at first?

I reckon there were even computers in 2001, otherwise Nic would have struggled a bit. I would love to see what the site looked like in 2001 though.

It has changed massively ISB. Far more health worries posted now for e.g. whereas it used to be just panic attacks and anxiety.

There is a site that you can look at Pancho - I will see if I can find it.

I remember getting a 486 desktop. That was in '99/'00. I thought it was SO fast. And 56K dial up was considered blazing ;)

Pancho - try this website:

http://archive.org/web/

Just put in www.nomorepanic.co.uk then you can click on the year you want to look at and you will see a calendar of dates that snapshots were taken on

I'm old enough to remember buying a ZX Spectrum for my son in the 80's. :D

Actually it looked similar to that when I joined in 2009, with that picture in the corner. I'm going to go back through facebook now...
