Heart racing just from walking

Most days i stay in my room in bed because im scared if i walk around alot i will have a heart attack. Im pretty sure it is anxiety related but telling myself that does nothing

Don't worry it is just anxiety.

many of us get that and also get it when we are doing nothing!

Come the afternoon - you will be fine - adrenaline makes things worse
