View Full Version : Headache

My main anxiety symptom now seems to be headaches. I don't have full on panics or any of the other associated symptoms any more, all the tension seems to settle in my head.
I'm not on any meds, I have valium (2mg tablets) for emergencies - is it safe to take paracetomol along with valium? I don't ever drink alcohol in case I have a full on PA and need a valium (I rarely need to take a valium but it's 'just in case') and I avoid painkillers in case they would interact.
Silly I know, but I believe the body heals itself so I'm very 'tablet phobic'!

Hi Nel

This may seem like a silly question but are you drinking enough water as I was told that headaches are a sign of dehydration?

Nicola

People will forget what you said
People will forget what you did
But people will never forget how you made them feel

I actually don't drink enough water. I shall go and have a big glass of water just now. Cheers Nic.

If you do need to take the valium it's quite safe with paracetamol.
