Hey Again,

Just a quick one.
I've had a headache for about 3 days, intermittent sharp pain that draws my attention on the top/back of my head on the right.

Is this anything to worry about?
Are headaches minor?
Can't stop worrying about little things...

WHY DO I GOOGLE.
Now i've read that with my tingling on one side of my body, I could have a brain tumour.
Actually getting fed up :/.

I had the same exact fears and symptoms and dr. Google told me the same thing that it was a brain tumor. I went to the doc and she did some tests to reassure me and guess what it was? Anxiety! That was almost a year ago. I'm still here!

Anxiety could be the culprit. It causes your muscles to tense up, which in turn causes pain.

You may also consider that you are sleeping in a bad position at night or that your pillow isn't any good. That can cause pains like this.

Also - if you grind your teeth, that can be a culprit as well.

Poppy is completely right. Tense muscles, sleeping in a weird position, and teeth grinding all can cause headaches. I started to use a cheap cervical pillow and, while it's not as good as the more expensive ones, it helps keep my neck in the way it's supposed to be and it's helped my headaches a little bit.
