Anyone get daily headaches?

For the last 7+ days I've had more or less daily headaches! they start in my shoulders and neck then go to my temples and jaw. Sometimes on one side, sometimes the other, usually both. They're not agony but they are frustrating and unpleasant.

Massage seems to work but only for a short time then they creep back.

They are making me very anxious that it could be something serious :(

I used to get them every day for weeks. Infact, if I woke up without a headache it felt odd..... if that makes sense. Eventually after all the 'what ifs', I put mine down to tension as I was tired & my body was very tense - particulary on my right side. Achy neck, shoulders & back were a common problem for me - still are occassionally.

Very normal when you are feeling anxious. Hope you're feeling better. xx

I had one like that yesterday and I do believe I am going to have one to day as can feel the tension in my neck shoulders jaw so its creepun in xxx
