Odd sinus pressure

I've been noticing lately that sometimes after sitting, when. I stand I get a clogging pressure in my ears, which then causes a dull but mild pain in back of head. It passes pretty quickly without painkiller. I know ear clogging & ear pressure can be sinus related. It just seems odd that I then feel odd pressure in BACK of head instead of front which is more common with sinuses. It makes me anxious. Has anyone heard of this or had similar experience ? If someone could respond as soon as possible, I'd appreciate it. I don't want this anxiety getting out of control. Thank You!

Sounds like a sinus headache! Which feel very similar to migraines....

But what about back of head instead of front ? & migraines are severe where this is pretty mild & passes quickly without painkiller? I mainly wondering why I feel it back of head .
