Is necessary to take BetaBlockers???

If you really suffered from anxiety and thus develop many physical symptoms then my question is...Is it really needed to take a meds like BetaBlockers?

No of course not - I never took a BetaBlocker for anxiety and I suspect quite a lot of people on here don't either.
