Mole on Neck

I have posted about this mole before,i have been trying really hard not to think about the mole, but my health anxiety seems to be back at the moment, i have a mole on the back of my neck which is sore.
it has got slightly larger but has only appeared within the last few weeks and is kind of a browny colour (lightish) and slightly raised (small in size), i can't stop worrying about it :(

If you know that's its new then go and see the GP that's the advice that dermatologists give, it could be like that because its just come through, but make sure to see the doctor.
