Lower left hand side of my abdomen. There is a lump that seems to be there sometimes. not sure if its poo or a lymph node. Its very low and to the left, almost next to my hip. Just below my pant line. Sometimes it hurts and when it does seems like i can feel it all the way down my leg. No changes in bowels, always have dealt with constipation. Worried is could be some sort of lump in my bowels. this lump has been there from months now and the dr has felt it and didnt seems worried. My question is if it is a bowel lump wouldnt it have gotten worse by now? The pain and the lump feel the same.
