Stop breathing

I feel like I am about to stop breathing...it feels so weak and tired..will I stop? Breathing feels like an effort:'(

You won't stop breathing, your body does it for you. It just feels like it but it will pass...honest. :hugs:A nurse once said to me (whilst I was telling him I wasn't breathing) 'if you're pink and you're talking then you must be breathing'.
