Hi, thought I would introduce myself. I have found this site really helpful whilst struggling with a breakdown. I wouldn't want anyone to feel the symptoms and feelings that I have, but on the other hand to go on to a website with such great information and to visit this forum, it has really helped to know that I am not alone.
