Hey guys,
Just thought i'd re-introduce myself. I'm David! I first signed up around 3-4 years ago, when my anxiety and depression had a total grip of my life. After about 12 months of SSRI's and some CBT sessions, I thought I was well over my issues.
Unfortunately, over the past 6 months or so, my anxiety has gradually returned, and has a real grip over me again where I'm not really living my life anymore, I'm merely existing so it would seem.
I seem to suffer from a variety of problems, such as GAD, health anxiety, panic disorder and all of which is starting to develop into agoraphobia.
Anyway, I had hoped my darkest days were behind me, but I find myself here again looking for help as I'm determined to get past this again.
