Ok..... Can't believe that I'm back here after doing so well,
I got like a slight pressure in my head and then I felt like I couldn't breath properly like even now I feel like I can't get enough air, I'm not struggling for breath just feel like I'm not getting enough air, and now I have a slight headache too!!! And I'm doing my old thing of feelin my neck to check my pulse too!!!
I felt a sharp pain wen breathing all day too so that's kind of playing on my mind a bit too.....
Thought I beat this health anxiety
