Just wanted to introduce myself properly and say hi to all...
I've already said hello to a fair few but thought it only polite to put it out generally.
For those of you that don't know, my name is Simon, and I'm the fella that was in the recently aired "House of Agoraphobics"
I'm currently posting on that topic in the forum so if you fancy having a chat about it, I'm more than happy to reply. :)

I am also new on here and have not introduced myself yet, but will do in a mo.
I watched the first programme but have yet to watch the final. (it has been Sky Plussed!)

Has it helped you at all??

I get stressed on BIG days, so am feeling pretty bad at the mo, obviously..

Feel very panicky with palpitations, heart flips and Icy cold waves going up and down my body.

God, I hate it.

Everytime I am convinced I am gonna die and want to go to the hospital.

Anyway, Merry Christmas. Dont want to go on too much :)

Welcome to the site Simon. Unfortunately i couldnt manage to watch the program as becoming housebound is my biggest fear and therefore i found it too distressing.
