scared and creating feelings in my head

Ok so I sometimes create physical feelings in my head! I have a feeling right now I'm emet and I'm scared I've got food poisning last night we went out for a meal for my mums birthday and instantly after I was scared that I was gonna be poisoned and kept feeling I was poisoned I just wanna find out the average time for food poisning to come on? Please help xx

I suffer from this also.
I always think I have food poisoning after eating out.
Normal food poisoning can take anywhere from 30 minutes after to 48 hours after ;)
Normally 2 - 4 hours after.
If I'm not sick after 4 I assume I wont be.

Thank you I just keep creating a physical symptom in the back of my head do you do this too? X
