Weakness in arms

Is weakness and numbness and almost like a full pain in arms and fingers an anxiety symptom? I'm only concerned as I'm experiencing severe headaches almost everyday and lightheaded ness so muscle weakness is a worry to me.

Iv had weakness and numbness in my arms recently since my anxiety has been playing up also get muscle pain, it's amazing what anxiety can do to our bodies! Xxxxxxxxx

It may be anxiety but you really need to see your doc.

I get this continuously and also down my leg it is scary but always seems to go away the next day or so - we carry a lot of stress in these areas...try not to worry - it should subside by tomorrow :-)

Thanks everyone it's always in my right arm and one particular finger. I sometimes get it in my left arm too. I've had it 4 days on the run now on and off but very uncomfortable.

I've got a neurologist appt on 13th sept anyway as my doc wants to rule out anything nasty. The only bit I see as positive is I know morning headaches are a bad sign and mine tend to start later in the day.
