Nausea and Dizziness

Hi to everyone and a Merry Christmas.
After several months away from the forum (I've been trying to battle it out on my own), I am now suffering once again. I was sent home from work last week feeling nauseous and dizzy, for no apparent reason, and was up all night being sick, I was also shaking and my heart was racing, it was horrible. The following day I had no appetite and my heart was still pounding etc. I am convinced it was not a stomach bug, but my panicky feelings kicking in again. I haven't been consciously worrying about Christmas or anything, but I don't know why this is happening to me again. I go back to work on Wednesday and will have to fob them off with a stomach bug tale. Any positive advice would be appreciated please.

I don't know what you're doing around Christmas, but for most of us, Christmas is an anxious time. Even if it's good stress, it's still stress.
That could be an explanation to why you are feeling this way. It certainly sounds like your anxiety is back for a little visit.
Still, I hope things will get better once the holidays are over and life gets back to normal.
Try to just consider this a temporary thing that will soon pass.
