As I was hiding in my bed this morning too anxious to do anything this morning I realized I had to do something...
I'm still trying to taper off the Mirtazapine which seems to increase my anxiety, the Trazodone was an absolute nightmare - I only took 1/4 of a pill, and the call of the Vodka bottle is getting too strong.
So I jumped in and took 150 mg of pregabalin. I figured I didn't have any major problems on 250mg spread across the day and in the absolute worse case I'd stay in bed.
Well about half an hour after taking it I felt some instant relief from the anxiety, hopped on my bike and rode to work! So maybe last time I just didn't give it a fair chance!
