so scared, what's wrong with me

I don't know what's wrong with me anymore. Is it anxiety? Is it depression? Is it agitated depression? Am I a hidden bipolar?

I'm scared of being depressed because how much worse can it get? What if I get into a depressive stupor or have to get electro convulsive treatments?

I'm having missed beats as I'm typing this.

I just want to disappear and feel so desperate, I'm obviously not doing well in trying to treat my problems.
