Need help: pinched nerve or MS

I have a numb feeling in my fourth toe, it's not actually numb bc I can still feel it, but it just feels kind of numb. And when I press on the ball of my foot under the toe a pins and needle feeling goes into my toe. Also, my toe seems to only feel numb when I'm standing up or walking, when im laying down, I really don't feel it. When I wake in the morning and put my foot down my toe hurts the most but then gets a little better after a few seconds. Does that sound like a pinched nerve or something else? It's been 10 days now!!

This sounds nothing whatsoever like MS. Sounds more like you've irritated a nerve somehow.. Tight shoes?

It does sound like a nerve thing. Just hang tight for a bit. It's not serious. As long as it's not hindering you in any way, no worries ya hear? It's one of those things that may just be "one of those things"... I have more of those "things" than most can shake a hat at and you get used to it after a while ;)
