I've had 'anxiety' for months now but its been getting worse:-( I have seen doctors and they have said my breathing sounds normal but I'm not 100% is anxiety doing this to me? I feel breathless. I feel this way constantly, it never goes it feels like a pressure tightness when I exhale, I'm worries ill stop breathing or something else dangerous. I can never get these feelings to go, its distrying my life:-(
