Hi. I have had a horrible headache for a few days now. Thought it was sinuses and been taking Sudafed.
I took my blood pressure last night to try and reassure myself and I normally have low blood pressure - 118/80 or something.
Last night it was 144/91 - terrified now!!!

Just taken it again and it's down to 122/86 - phew!
