I have intentionally lost weight because I need to & still have about another 30lbs to lose. My blood pressure was up to about 150/95 & I began taking some supplements & it started coming down to about 140/80 & even a bit lower. & now it's up again. This is freaking me out!!!! My stomach is sensitive & has lately acted up in response to foods I ate. Could that be a factor in BP? This has nothing to do with caffeine. I take xanax, calcium, magnesium, apple cider vinegar in water with baking soda & some B vitamins. Any response appreciated as I'm pretty upset by this & i know that has a bearing on bp too but I'm always anxious, so how did it come down. Thank You!
