I was told I had iron deficient anemia in January this year after4 months of iron supplements i was told my levels where improving, if I was internally bleeding would they not improve I wonder ( convinced I have stomach cancer )

If your doctor thought you had cancer of any kind you would have been sent for more tests.

Think of it this way, if you were internally bleeding you would be seriously & dangerously ill. You would know about it.

If you believe it due to say an ulcer, then talk to your GP about the impact of such a thing on your iron levels. However, you said they were improving so doesn't that show you are getting more of the iron your body needs?

Iron levels not improving could be a sign of a problem with the treatment I would have thought and certainly a matter to discuss with your GP.

Firstly, if you were bleeding internally you would know.
If you were bleeding internally your iron levels would drop to the floor.
Anaemia and internal bleeding are completely different.
