hello im new here i have been suffering from anxiety and panic now for 7 years although it is slightly better as the years have gone by only thing my ex partner took his own life it has only been a year and 6 months since this awful sad thing happened i feel so alone it scares me i do not travel very well and get panics if in closed spaces but feel i need to get out and about hope to hear from you all soon and explain some more thankyou

lways think im going to panic as thats where it started and what is worse my partner was a bus driver
Why was it bad that he was a bus driver?
Is that why you don't travel well?
i do not really know lior the panic started in a car but yes maybe as he sometimes made me scared if he had been drinking the night before long story
