need reasurrance?

been having a tight pressure on chest, a lump in my throat and what feels like a swollen tongue! ive suffered the throat thing for years but the chest and tongue thing is new. keep telling myself its just the anxiety coz i feel okay when im concentrating on something else and not thinking about it but there is always that ningling feeling at the back of my mind that its somthing worse. it escalated recently after being on holiday, the planes make me panic. but it seems to have stayed.

I don't have a specific chest pain but my neck and shoulder pain came on on my way to the place I was going on holiday. It completely ruined my time - all the worry seemed to make every symptom worse. I'd put my money on it being anxiety xx (though am still also battling in my own head over how anxiety can cause so many aches, it can!)
