Really sick of this now please help

Really getting sick of all this,.,, everytime I eat lately I feel like its sat heavy in center between navel n bottom of ribs like the food won't move down its happening with anything big or small I eat so I just don't want to eat as fear it will make me sick (have a phobia of vomiting) I HATE this

I don't b sick from it just the over thinking.. I used to have it years ago doc said JUST ACID... But not had it a long time n past few weeks it's came back :( how do u treat yours?
