panic symptons, head related

Does anyone get wierd head sensations? If so can you describe them I just feel really wierd n as though im going to loose my mind just really overall feel wierd n head rushes etc

I feel the same. for me its like stomach,chest & head all rolled into one. like it does a flip.

Its horrible and I dont have any worries mine just happens n that scares me :(

Yup, I get those sensations. Sometimes headaches, feeling 'spacy', head rush, like you said, eyes feel weird sometimes.

yes I get the head symptoms., head rushes, zaps, spaced out feelings etc. even when I think im relaxed they still keep coming

mine are really bad i have them all the time and it scares me so much i feel like im loosing myself :(

When I have a panic attack one of the first symptoms is sensation in my head. Can only describe it as a fizzing or prickly sensation running in waves across my scalp.

Yes I get these I feel very light headed like im gonna faint....Its horrible and scarey...these sensations causes my anxiety to start then the panic attacks.
