Another worry - Memory

Las few days I have been forgetting the names of well known people and am beginning to have worry that I have early onset dementia , I'm 51.
I'm really scared, has anyone experienced this.

Is that an automatic process learned over the years for teachers to forget the naughty ones so they don't drive you mad Rose? :D
