Hi There to all :)
I have Never posted anything on the forum so all new to me!!
I think that i might have been anxious for some while,and then all of a sudden
it hit me,feelings of dread,doom,panic attacks,and has been consuming me ever since.
finally my family wanted me to see doctor so i went he put me on citlopram ,which just seem to rocket my anxiety so i stopped 4 days in
and have decided to just try to fight it with,meditation,breathing tech,and
some camomile teas,and things,just thought that it might help to try posting and talking
