Think I might have swallowed my nicotine gum HELP

OMG I really dont know if I have or not!!!! It would be very out of character if I had, but I just cant remember if I spat one out last night, or if I swallowed it!

I am trying not to Google as I dont want to panic. I guess if I had I would be feeling pretty unwell? Does anyone know?

I have had 2 nicotine gums since, and didnt feel any different, so I think I must be safe? Oh God if it was a normal day I would just go and see my GP!

Oh my life, I've done this sooooooo often.

I'm cutting down and using the gum in between fags when I'm at work. So many times I can't remember throwing it in the bin and convincing myself that I have swallowed it [:I].

If you had, and it was last night, then it would have ahem passed through by now I would have thought!

Also, don't forget that it stops giving out the nicotine after a while.

Oh Kate thanks so so much! I did wonder about the nicotine coming out, so even if it hadnt passed through it woudnt be harmful!

Like I said I imagine I would feel terribly ill if it was in there pumping nicotine out!

I think it would take the swallowing of loads of pieces of gum for it to affect you! There is such a small amount in each piece.

I've actually rummaged through the bin to check that I definately HAVE thrown the gum away. I doubt myself soooo much!! [:I][:I][:I]
