hi, I suffer with social anxiety I have had this condition for a long time since I was fourteen when I began to find myself withdrawing from everything and would stay in my bedroom every evening rather than face going out to make contact with others my age. I think it began because I was always pretty shy and quiet and I was getting a lot of name calling and threats made to me in school bullying in other words. Sometimes I think my condition has developed into full blown avpd but I'm not sure and I don't really want to be diagnosed as such. Anyway hi I hope I can get to talk things over with others who ha e avpd and social anxiety.
