Prostate cancer (possible trigger )

So I posted about 2 weeks ago that my dads psa had risen and they'd sent him off for tests, the doctor examined him and said his prostate had enlarged and could feel nodules, so they took 12 biopsies, unfortunately 2 of the 12 came back as positive and said his score was 7 which im lead to believe means it's moderately aggressive and not to bad, the doctor
Has advised having the gland removed so there's no worries of it returning, he's had no symptoms and has had psa tests every year which have come back fine, had anybody got any positive outcomes I feel
Sick and cannot stop crying x

I know 3 men who had prostate cancer and are now clear of the cancer which sounds like it will be the same for your Dad after he has had the gland removed. :hugs:

Thanks , positive stories do help , spoke to hospital today and they said there's no urgency so a good sign right x
