Nosebleeds and panic.

I suffer with nosebleeds and when I get one I feel so panicky.
Anyone else suffer the same ?

I go to pieces and feel very shaky as soon as I see the blood.
I've been suffering from this for years and it hasn't gotten any easier.
Any tips on coping would be appreciated.

about a month ago at work i had a nosebleed which caused me to have a massive panic attack i jumped to the conclusion that it was because of high blood pressure. it really scared me. it could be an anxiety related thing i suppose. i think its trying to teach our minds to accept these things are not harmful for us.

Sorry you suffered this too.
I have had frequent nosebleeds for quite a few years now.
My blood pressure is always fine, it's awful when one starts, I think it's a shock
to our systems.

I had a similar thing when I would get excited (similar hormones I guess :)

Was nothing to worry about & it doesn't happen anymore
