Fatigue

My anxiety comes in many shapes and guises. I have always found the worst one to be dizziness. Recently however it was me/cfs awareness month and a friend on Facebook who suffers with it put up a lot of statuses to do with that. I have always felt tired and fatigued with my anxiety but since reading those statuses the tiredness and complete and utter mental and physical fatigue has taken over. My legs and arms especially feel like I am unable to move them at times.

Anyone else feel like this?
