Hi I am a 15 year old boy and I think I have anxiety from a concussion and from looking up everything (cyberchondria) that makes everything worse
So I got a concussion on August 2nd 2014, and since then I have having a lot of anxiety because I was looking up everything and that made me crazy I loss my appetite,stuff like that.
Then I went to the doctor and found out I had a concussion then I felt a lot better and got my appetite back, felt good.
Now after a week of school, I have these symptoms
Headaches(from concussion)
Watery mouth
Metallic taste in mouth
Feels like ear is clogged
Loss of appetite
Feet are cold,and sometimes numb and tingly
Fatigued
Is that all from like anxiety like the loss of appetite from anxiety.
I also noticed that I have some symptoms of depression but I'm not sad and like not suicidal or anything but like could it just be anxiety that's causing me to have lack of interest in certain things and my loss of appetite and fatigued and stuff could be just from the anxiety.
So are my symptoms normal of anxiety and like health anxiety?
