I've just eaten a banana with a few dark spots. Not on the peel but inside, on the fruit itself. It tasted very sweet and kind of a bit alcoholic. Now I wonder... what if it was mold or something. And of course now I'm freaking out that I'll be sick. I'm scared. Help :(

It's just one that's a bit old :) - don't worry - I have them like that all the time, not very nice but nothing to worry about!!

I've eaten moldy bread before not intentionally won't harm you even if it was a bit of mold

Nope, nothing wrong with it. I use the ones with dark spots in my protien shakes to throw in the blender :)

Okay. Thank you for reassuring. My day is already a mess today, so I don't need more triggers like a rotten banana or something :) Thanks again.

I eat bananas like that all the time. And yes, they do contain more sugar the older they are.

It's the same banana - just a little further on in banana years (one earth day = 20 banana years).
