pricking feeling all over really worried any ideas please

Hi I'm laying in bed but worrying as all over feet knee arm hand I keep feeling like being pricked not so tingling more pricking I know I'm anaemic but scared this is more anyone? Please

Yes Julia, its quite common. Tingling sensations are a known outcome of adrenaline in the body.

Sometimes you can burn this off with exercise or may find that distraction techniques prevent you concentrating on it which only prolongs it.

I had exactly this 6 months ago - a prickly feeling all over my body that would come and go during the day.

I have it back in my legs now and it's driving me mad. But i'm sure it's anxiety and my nervous system just being too alert..

Hopefully it will go away for both of us
