Hello everyone. I'm 25 and have been suffering with anxiety... mainly panic attacks for years now. Recently over the last 2-3 months it's got a lot worse and I've had to quit my job because of it. Anyway I've come on here to just talk to people who are going through the same or similar experiences to me as I have no one to talk to that understands, any replies would be great :)
