Hi only just joined this forum after suffering with severe depression and panic attacks. Just would like someone to talk to, new friends?

Hey,

Plenty of people to talk to on here, always someone around. I'm looking for a new pen pal, mine stopped writing to me after life became too busy :/

I also suffer from Depression.....depression caused my anxiety.....and now its running on a bit of a loop. Was doing ok until a recent relapse after a health issue.....so you can talk to me! New friends are something I need, mine just dont seem to get it.
